Sweet Banana Jam
Ingredients:
2 cups mashed banana
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
Blend ingredients together until smooth. Heat to a boil in a saucepan; turn to low and simmer, stirring
occasionally, until mixture thickens.
Yields 1/3 cup.
