Been Out Of Woods Too Long
Ingredients:
1 can green chilies
2 small fresh jalapenos CHILI
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups water 1 chicken, cut up
1 can tomato sauce 1 1/2qt water
1 can tomato paste 1/2 lb beef suet
7 tbs chili powder 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped
2 bay leaves 8 fresh tomatoes, chopped
3 tbs cumin 2 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano 5 lbs pork steak, cut into 1/2in cubes
1/4 tsp coriander 4 lbs flank steak, cut into 1/2in cubes
1/2 tsp beau monde spice 3 onions, cut into 1/2in pieces
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce 3 green peppers, cut into 1/2in pieces
1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 lb shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 tbs honey 2 can green chilies, sliced
1/2 tsp mole paste 1/2 cups jalapenos, sliced
1 tsp beef bouillon 1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika 1 tbs cumin
1/4 tsp white pepper 1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt 4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper 5 tbs chili powder
2 tsp corn starch 1 tsp cilantro
1 tsp thyme
Directions:
Heat 1/2 cups olive oil in Dutch oven. Add onions, 1 tsp coriander
green pepper, jalapenos, green chilies, and garlic. 1 tbs red pepper
Sauté until soft. Remove from oven and reserve. 1 cup non-alcohol beer
Add another 1/2 cups olive oil to oven and heat to 2 cloves garlic, minced
very hot. Add meat and brown. Add onion mixture 2 tsp lime juice
and stir well. Add 3 cups water, tomato sauce,
