Shirley's Nut Bread

Servings: 10

Ingredients:
• 2 cup Boiling water 2
• Eggs
• 1 cup Raisins
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 2 tsp Baking soda
• 4 cup Flour
• 1 cup Oleo (2 sticks)
• 3/4 cup Cutped insane
• 2 cup Sugar

Instructions:
1. Boil 2 cups water, add 1 c. raisins and 2 t. baking soda. Allow cool. In just a weighty bowl, mix 2 sticks of oleo, 2 c.
2. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 t. vanilla. Alternately add 4 c. flour and butter mix to the raisin mix. Add mad.
3. Bake at 325* for l hour inside of greased loaf pans. Helps make 2 loaves. Perfect with butter or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
