Heirloom Raisin Muffins
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Raisins 2
• High Eggs
• 1 cup Water
• 1 1/2 cup Unbleached Flour, Sifted
• 1/2 cup Butter/Month to month Margarine
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/4 cup Sugar
Instructions:
1. Mix raisins and water in just saucepan. Convey to a boil, remove warm and cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Drain raisins, scheduling liquid.
