Bacon And Onion Muffins

Servings: 6

Ingredients:
• 1/2 lb Bacon, Diced
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 cup Cutped Onion
• 2 Enormous Eggs, A little bit Beaten
• 2 1/4 cup Unbleached Flour, Sifted
• 1/3 cup Milk
• 3 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 cup Dairy Bitter Cream
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• Sesame Seeds

Instructions:
1. Fry bacon until crisp in skillet. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Saute onion inside 1 T bacon drippings until comfortable (do not brown).
2. Preset apart to awesome. Sift jointly flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in high mixing bowl.
3. Mix eggs, milk and bitter cream inside minimal bowl; mix properly. Cover all at the moment to dry components, stirring precisely sufficient to moisten.
4. Stir inside of bacon and sauteed onion. Spoon batter into greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups, fill 2/3rds complete.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in just 375 level F. Oven 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with handmade jelly or jam.
