Yorkshire Pudding

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
• 2 Eggs
• 1 1/2 cup Flour
• Salt, pinch
• Milk
• 2 tbsp Beef pounds

Instructions:
1. Fight eggs and salt a little with fork. Cover flour slowly, beat, add milk a smallall at a season till comfortable.
2. Add a lot more milk to deliver a batter including a very slender pancake batter. Allow stand 1 hour. Put 2 tablespoons beef pounds inside baking pan and warm inside oven.
3. Pour batter on warm bodyweight. Bake 20 minutes in just 425 diploma oven. The PERFECT accompaniment to Rib Roast!
