Christmas Fruitcake Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 ea egg
1/4 cup milk
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped raisins
1/2 cup snipped dried apricots
1/2 cup chopped dates
Cream together oil and sugar. Add egg. Then blend in
remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightl y
oiled baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven
about 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack and store in tightl y
closed container.
