Skinny Baked Brie Phyllo Cups with Craisins and Walnuts
3 oz light-weight brie, pores and skin taken off lower into (15) 1/2-inch cubes
4 tbsp craisins
Four tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tbsp honey
Fifteen Mini Phyllo Shells (Athens)
Directions:
Preheat oven in direction of 325°F.
Merge craisins, chopped nuts and honey within just a bowl and combine perfectly.
Arrange mini shells on a baking sheet. Fill
mini shells with cheese (each piece of cheese weighs above 0.Two oz). Best with sticky craisin/nut blend and bake 5-7 minutes, or till the cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
