CSOROGE-HUNGARIAN CRISPY CRULLERS Groups: Breads, Doughnuts

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
• 6 Egg yolks
• 1 tbsp Vinegar
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 1/2 cup Flour
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 1/2 cup Bitter cream
• 1 tsp Brandy

Instructions:
1. Add all or sufficient of flour to egg yolks and bitter cream to create a comfortable dough. Add sugar, salt, brandy and vinegar.
2. Knead until soft. Roll out amazingly slim. Lower into diamond styles. Deliver a slit inside middle and pull one finish for the duration of slit.
3. fry in deep pounds until eventually light-weight brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
