Servings: 18

Ingredients:
• 1 tsp Granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup Shortening
• 1/2 cup Heat water
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1 package Dry yeast
• 2 Egg
• 1 1/2 cup Milk
• 3 3/4 cup Flour
• 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
• Disolve 1 tsp sugar inside very hot water in just lrge bowl.

Instructions:
1. Sprinkle inside of yeast. allow stand 10 minutes, then stir effectively. Mix milk, 1/4 cup sugar, shortening and salt inside of saucepan.
2. Warmth until lukewarm and shortening is melted. Stir perfectly. Add to yeast mix. Cover 2 3/4 cups flour and beat vigorously with picket spoon or electrical mixer until finally soft.
3. Bit by bit stir in just being 1 cup flour. Batter will be delicate. Cover with tea towel. Allow add in just very hot Area until finally doubled about 1 hour.
4. Stir down dough and allow stand 10 minutes. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 total. Allow add until doubled 45 minutes.
