Ingredients:
• 2 cup Cornmeal
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 cup All explanation flour
• 2 cup Buttermilk or bitter milk
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 3 tbsp Oil or bacon drippings
• 1 tsp Baking soda
Instructions:
1. Mix dry components; combine inside milk and oil. Spoon into lightly greased 9" X 5" loaf pan. Allow stand 10 minutes.
2. Bake at 375°F for 35-40 mins; allow awesome 5 mins just before reducing from pan. Mrs. William LaViolette
