BOSTON BROWN BREAD (A Should WITH BAKED BEANS) Groups: Breads

Servings: 10

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Flour
• 3 cup Entire wheat flour
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 3/4 cup Dim molasses
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 Egg
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 2 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Corn Evening meal
• 1/2 cup Melted shortening

Instructions:
1. Sift flour, baking soda, sugar, and salt alongside one another. Combine in corn dinner and complete wheat flour.
2. Add getting elements, mixing just untill all flour is moistened. Pour into 2 greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.
3. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool.
