PARKER Area ROLLS Groups: Breads
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
• 1 pint Milk
• 2 1/2 pint Flour
• 4 tbsp Shortening
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 1 Yeast cake
Instructions:
1. Scald milk, awesome. Dissolve yeast cake in lukewarm milk, add sugar, 1 1/2 pts. flour, and shortening.
2. Add in just incredibly hot place untill gentle. Cover salt and rest of flour. Knead properly. House in just greased bowl, add untill double inside of majority.
3. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Brush with melted butter, fold about. Allow add untill double in just cooler part.
4. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
