Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup All-explanation flour
• 2/3 cup Oil
• 1 cup Sugar 2
• Eggs; beaten
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 cup Frozen strawberries
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1/2 cup (+ 2 T) pecans; cutped
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously grease backside basically of a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Add flour, sugar, cinnamon,and baking soda in just a huge bowl; mixture properly.
2. In just different bowl, mix oil and eggs. Cut thawed strawberries and add to oil and egg mix. Add this mix to the bowl of dry substances.
3. Stir inside 1/2 cup of the pecans, mixing till dry substances are just moistened. Pour bread mix into loaf pan.
4. Garnish coolest with 2 tablespoons cutped pecans. Bake 60-70 minutes, until toothpick arrives out contemporary.
