Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
• -Waldine Van Geffen VGHC42A
• Salt and pepper to flavor
• 8 oz Loaf Italian bread
• 1 large Purple pepper; 1/4" slices
• 3 tbsp Butter or margarine; melted
• 1 small Onion; 1/4" slices
• 2 lb Hot or adorable Italian sausage 1 small Zucchini; 1/4" slices

• 12 large Eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325~. Cut bread into 1/4"-thick diagonal slices. Line backside of 13x9" baking dish or shallow casserole with bread, overlapping slices if demanded.
2. Brush with butter or margarine. Remove sausage from casings. Cook sausage until eventually effectively-browned, stirring consistently.
3. Wtih slotted spoon, put cooked sausage on ultimate of bread in just baking dish. Discard all however 1 T sausage drippings.
4. Inside of bowl, add eggs with salt, pepper and 1/3 cup water. Pour egg mix around sausage and bread. Cover baking dish with foil and bake 25 minutes or until eventually eggs are established however nevertheless soaked.
5. Inside identical skillet, cook greens with thyme, salt and pepper until comfortable-crisp and golden brown.
