CLAIM JUMPER

CLAIM JUMPER

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
3 to 4 pounds pork or beef ribs

Directions:
1 (20-ounce) bottle Claim Jumper Original Barbecue Sauce
1. Do ahead: Whisk together the soda, salad dressing, and smoke flavoring. Put
the meat in a container large enough to hold it and pour the marinade over the
ribs. Turn them to make sure all surfaces are covered. Cover the container and
refrigerate overnight.
2. Light a charcoal barbecue or heat a gas grill to medium. Clean the grate and
coat it with vegetable oil.
3. Grill the ribs, basting with the Claim Jumper Barbecue Sauce, turning often
until cooked through and tender.
4. Serve with more barbecue sauce on the side.

If there’s not a Claim Jumper restaurant near you, use a barbecue sauce that
is tomato based and includes a sweetener such as brown sugar, as well as
smoke flavor, garlic, mustard, and a touch of Worcestershire sauce.
