Bitter Rye Bread
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
• 9 tsp Yeast (2 pkg.)
• 4 tsp Caraway Seed (optional)
• 1 1/2 cup Water, hot
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 cup Rye flour, 1
• Egg
• - medium or stone floor
• 3 tsp Vegetable oil
• 1 cup Beer, hot
• 1 Egg white;
• 6 cup Flour, all-motive (approx)
• - beaten with 2 Tsp water
• 1/4 cup Sugar
Instructions:
1. Inside hefty mixer bowl, dissolve fifty percent of yeast inside of very hot water. Cover rye flour; stir until eventually perfectly mixd.
