Ingredients:

• 2 cup Rye flour
• 1 1/2 cup Heat water
• 2 tbsp Caraway seed
• 1 package Busy dry yeast
• 1 tbsp Salt
• 1 cup Hot water
• 1 cup Rye flour
• 1/4 cup Molasses
• 6 cup Bread flour
• 1 Egg
• 3 tbsp Butter
Instructions:
1. SPONGE Planning: Dissolve 1 package yeast in the hot water. Stir in just rye flour and caraway seed. Cover bowl snugly with plasticup wrap and allow stand for 1-3 times.
