Peach And Apple Chutney

Ingredients:
2 apples, peeled and sliced
2 peaches, peeled and sliced
1 shallot, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
½ cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground allspice

Directions:
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
3 ounces Grand Marnier
1. Place a medium sauté pan over medium heat for 1 minute. In the sauté pan, combine
the apple slices, peach slices, shallot, and butter.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for 5 minutes or until the fruit is caramelized. It
will soften and become golden brown.
3. Add the brown sugar, allspice, salt, and pepper. Stir in the Grand Marnier and
continue to cook until the fruit is softened.
ROSEMARY AND GARLIC LEG OF LAMB
This dish tastes even better the second day, so make it ahead of time if you like. This
is a classic leg of lamb with a good dose of fresh herbs. Serve this with a bottle of red
wine for a perfect meal.
