• 1 package Yeast
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 1/4 cup Bread flour
• 1 pn Nutmeg
• 3/4 cup Wheat flour
• 2/3 cup Hot applesauce
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 cup Hot applejuice
• 4 tbsp White sugar
• 1/2 cup Grated fresh new apple
