Creamed Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
Salt & pepper to taste
Cook cauliflower in water as directed. Put in blender, using water it's
cooked in. Add mushrooms using water they are packed in. Add
onion flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
