PUMPERNICKEL BREAD - PAN-1

Ingredients:
• XKGR41A Use Fifield
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 2 1/4 cup Bread flour
• 3 tbsp Cornmeal
• 1/4 cup Rye flour (1 oz)
• 2 tbsp Cocoa
• 1/4 cup Complete wheat flour(1 1/3 oz)
• 2 tbsp Molasses
• 1 tbsp Dry milk
• 15/16 cup Water (7 1/2 fl.oz)
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Dry yeast
Instructions:
1. Space all elementsp (unless liquids and yeast) in just the bread pan. Cover liquid components. Stop cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder.
2. Force start off.
