Cucumber Melon Zinger
Ingredients:
1 cucumber, peeled
½ honeydew melon, seeded

Banana Bonanza Quesadillas with Raspberry Sauce
When your child wants something sweet, this healthy dessert will certainly satisfy his sweet tooth while pro-
viding a healthy serving of whole grain, potassium, and antioxidants.
4 seRvings 1. Make the raspberry sauce by combining all ingredients
in a blender. Set in the refrigerator until ready to use.
¼ cup cream cheese
2. Combine the cream cheese and honey in a small bowl.

Set aside. Cut the banana into slices.
