Fruit-infused Milk
When I was a little girl, I only drank flavored milk made from a powdered mix. Even though my kids love
milk as it is, I still have a secret aversion to it unless it’s flavored. Now that I’m older and wiser, I flavor my
milk naturally with fruit. If your child is not a milk lover, try infusing it with fruit.
8 seRvings 1. Slice the banana and strawberries. Cut the raspberries
in half.
½ banana
2. Add all the ingredients to a pitcher and stir to combine.
10 large strawberries, hulled
Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to develop (or
¼ cup raspberries
chill for 4 hours if your child can’t wait).
4 cups whole milk or coconut milk
3. Strain the fruit from the milk. Consume within 2 days of
infusing.
Try Flavored Cereal
Not only can you serve your child fruit-Infused Milk straight
