Mexican Cornbread
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
• 1 lb Floor meat
• Salt & pepper to flavor
• 1 cup Cutped onion
• 1/2 lb Grated american cheese
• 3 Jalapeno peppers finely cut
• 1 cup Cornmeal
• 3 Weighty eggs
• 1/2 tsp Soda
• 3 tbsp Bacon drippings
• 1 cup Lovable milk
• 1 tsp Salt
Instructions:
1. Create batter through mixing with each other the cornmeal, eggs, soda, drippings, milk, and salt. Add perfectly.
2. Brown meat and drain off grease. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Cover 1/2 batter then sprinkle on the meat, onions, peppers, and remaining add cheese.
3. Deal with with becoming batter. Cook at 350°F for above 45 minutes. Serve very hot.
