Breakfast Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups fresh berries
3/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Method:
Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz up into your gorgeous smoothie.
Note – your portion of fruit is already included in your breakfast, in the form of the
berries, so you don’t need extra.
Quick Apple Quinoa
Quinoa has become more of a regular staple in the cupboards of healthy homes in recent
years, but many people still have not tried this high-protein grain.
Often it is used who to replace rice or Couscous at lunch or dinner, but quinoa flakes
make a fabulous alternative to oats or the usual cereals.

it a fantastic source of protein.
