Corn Supper Muffins
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Unbleached all-rationale flour
• 4 tsp Baking powder
• 2 tbsp Granuleated sugar
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 cup Yellow cornmeal 2
• Huge eggs
• 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Grease 12 2 1/2-inch muffin cups. Warm oven to 425°F Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into medium-sized bowl.
2. Add cornmeal and stir to mix perfectly. Inside of minor bowl, beat eggs with fork. Add milk and oil. Add all at the moment to dry components.
3. Stir mix basically until eventually dry componentsp are mositened. Batter will be lumpy. Shed batter from a tablespoon into the created muffin cups, filling every cup 1/2 to 2/3rds entire.
4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or till golden brown. Remove and serve warm with butter, bacon and eggs.
