Golden Spoon Bread

Servings: 6

Ingredients:
• 10 oz Cheddar; Sharp, Grated
• 2 cup Milk
• 4 Egg Yolks; Large
• 1 cup Corn Supper; Yellow
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 4 Egg Whites; Large

Instructions:
1. Correctly grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Place the cheddar in just a very little bowl and fastened apart.
2. Scald the milk in just the coolest of a double boiler. In the meantime fight the egg yolks until eventually thick and lemon-coloured then established them apart.
3. Whilst the milk is scalded, add the corn supper incredibly slowly, stirring regularly. Stir until finally the mix thickens and will become tender.

6. Carefully spread the beaten egg whites over the corn supper mix then meticulously fold alongside one another until specifically combined.
7. Transform the mix into the greased casserole dish. Bake at 375°F F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until a picket opint for or cake tester arrives out refreshing every time added in just the heart of the dish.
8. Serve piping very hot with butter and maple syrup or honey.
