Carrot-Walnut Bread

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup Unbleached flour; sifted
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; floor
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg; flooring
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 cup Sugar
• 3/4 cup Cooking oil
• 2 Eggs; large
• 1 1/2 cup Carrots; pared, shredded
• 1/2 cup Walnuts; cutped

Instructions:
1. Sift the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt with each other in just a reduced bowl and preset apart.
2. Add the sugar, oil and eggs in just a mixing bowl. Combat, with an electricup powered mixer fastened on medium rate, for 2 minutes.
3. Add the dry components, stirring particularly until moistened. Stir in just the carrotsp and walnuts.
4. Pour the batter into a greased 9 X 5 X 3-inch loaf pan and bake, in just a preheated 350 amount F. oven for 1 hour or until eventually a cake tester or picket select added inside the heart arrives out new.
5. Cool inside the pan on a cord rack for 10 minutes, remove from the pan and close cooling on the cord rack.
