Whiskey BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
onions, raw
butter, without salt
catsup
orange juice, raw
vinegar, cider
alcoholic beverage, distilled, whiskey, 86 proof
sugars, brown
molasses
sauce, worcestershire
Directions:
Cook onions in butter until soft.
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce the temperature and simmer for 10 minutes.
If you would like a smoother sauce, puree with an immersion blender.
