Ingredients:
• 5 oz Cheddar; Sharp, Grated
• 2 cup Unbleached Flour; Sifted
• 1 tbsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 cup Butter Or Shortening
• 1/2 cup Milk
• Butter; Softened
• Butter; Melted

Instructions:
1. Grease the bottoms of 12 muffin pan cups. Grate the cheese into a bowl, if not already grated and preset apart.
2. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Slice in the shortening with a pastry mixer or 2 knives, till the mix resembles coarse corn supper.
