Homemade Marshmallow Creme Recipe
Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
syrup, maple, canadian
egg, white, raw, fresh
syrup, maple, canadian
Directions:
Cook sugar, water and Karo syrup to 240 degrees.
In large bowl beat egg whites and 1/2 c. Karo till mixed.
Beat by hand till light and fluffy.
Slowly add in warm syrup while beating.
When all is mixed beat hard for 3 min.
Add in 4 tsp.
vanilla.
