Lady's Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
syrup, maple, canadian
Directions:
Melt butter in 2 quart pan.
Allow to cool.
Make batter with flour, sugar, baking powder and milk.
Mix well.
Pour over cooled butter (don't stir!).
Add large can (syrup and all) over the top of batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
