Glazed nectarine tart
Ingredients:
175g/6oz organized-to-roll puff pastry
25g/1oz butter, melted
600g/11â„4lb nectarines, quartered, stoned and sliced
2 tablespoons apricot jam
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 230°C/ 450°F/Gasoline mark 8.
Then, roll out the pastry thinly to a 28cm/11within spherical. Put upon a non- adhere baking sheet ,and prick very well all above with a fork. Bake for 8â€"10 minutes until eventually effectively browned and cooked all through.
Then, brush some of the melted butter around the pastry, and organize the fruit slices upon supreme, immediately to the edges of the pastry. Drizzle with the becoming butter and grill for 5 minutes or until eventually the fruit is particularly tinged with shade. Great marginally.
Finally, very hot the apricot jam with a small water, and brush above the fruit to glaze. Provide scorching or chilly. chilly desserts.
