Ingredients:
1kg/21â„4lb dessert plums, stoned and sliced
100g/4oz caster sugar
4 greed cardamom pods, break and seeds eliminated and beaten
2 tablespoons fresh new lemon juice
150ml/5fl oz contemporary custard
200ml/7fl oz Greek-design yogurt
Directions:
First, mounted apart 8 slices of plum for decoration. Put the being plums, sugar, cardamom seeds and lemon juice inside a pan. Protect and provide to the boil, then simmer for 20â€"25 minutes right up until the plums are comfortable. Pour into a chilly bowl, and go away for 30 minutes.
