Crunchy Veggie Butter

Ingredients:
nuts, hazelnuts or filberts
butter, without salt
honey

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl stir together hazelnuts, butter and honey.
If not serving immediately, cover and chill.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
Toss with cooked vegetables.
