Carob and Raisin Biscuits
Ingredients:
soymilk, original and vanilla, unfortified
soymilk, original and vanilla, unfortified
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vinegar, cider
sweetener, syrup, agave
raisins, seeded
carob flour
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
carob flour
spices, cinnamon, ground
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix wet and dry apart, then gently combine.
Form biscuits on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, rotate, bake for about 10 more minutes or until lightly browned.
