Ingredients:
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular
spices, caraway seed
carrots, raw
celery, raw

Directions:
In a bowl whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, caraway seeds, and salt and pepper to taste and stir in carrot and celery.
