Mixed Summer Berry Parfait
Ingredients:
honey
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
blueberries, raw
blackberries, raw
raspberries, raw
strawberries, raw
pineapple, raw, all varieties
cereals ready-to-eat, granola, homemade
Directions:
Whisk together the honey and yogurt in a mixing bowl; set aside.
Gently toss together the blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and pineapple in a separate bowl.
Layer the ingredients as follows in six parfait glasses: a 2-inch layer of fruit, then 1/4 cup yogurt, and then 2 tablespoons granola.
Repeat the layers, ending with yogurt and granola.
Refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
Serve cold.
