Red's Chili

Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
spices, basil, dried
spices, oregano, dried
spices, chili powder
spices, pepper, black
sugars, granulated
spices, garlic powder
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
beans, kidney, all types, mature seeds, raw

Directions:
Brown ground beef in pan, stir while it is cooking.
This will make the meat a nice, fine texture.
Drain the meat leaving about 2 teaspoons of juice in the meat mixture.
Next add all the spices and the sugar.
Cook, stirring, for 3 minute {the fat juice will mix and blend the flavor better}.
Now add the tomato juice, tomato paste and kidney beans, simmer for about 1 hour.
