Pear & blackberry crumble

Ingredients:
450g/1lb pears, peeled, cored and reduce into chunks
juice of 1 lemon
225g/8oz caster sugar
1 teaspoon blended spice
450g/1lb blackberries
100g/4oz butter, chopped
225g/8oz undeniable flour
75g/3oz floor almonds

Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Fuel mark 6. Grease a 1.8-litre/31⁄4pt shallow ovenproof dish.
Then, put the pear components within a bowl, include the lemon juice and throw properly.
Then, include 100g/4oz of the sugar and the combined spice to the pears, then include the blackberries and throw appropriately to coat with sugar and spice. Idea the mix into the greased ovenproof dish.
Finally, put the butter, flour, almonds and currently being sugar into a blender or foodstuff processor, and pulse until finally the blend commences to seem together with breadcrumbs. Scatter the topping lightly more than the fruit. Bake for 35â€"45 minutes till the crumble is golden. Provide warm with product or custard. very hot desserts & puddings.
