Fall Harvest Granola

Ingredients:
oats
nuts, almonds
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
spices, cinnamon, ground
honey
sugars, brown
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vanilla extract
cranberries, dried, sweetened
blueberries, raw

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Coat 2 cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
Place oats in a bowl and add almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut, and cinnamon.
Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine honey, brown sugar, oil and vanilla.
Pour wet mixture into dry mixture.
Stir all ingredients together until completely combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into a thick layer on the cookie sheets.
Bake for 3035 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring every 57 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool 5 minutes.
Transfer to a large bowl and mix in the cranberries and blueberries.
Once cool, store in an airtight container.
