Mushrooms in Sour Cream
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
mushrooms, white, raw
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
cream, sour, cultured
Directions:
Melt butter to a 12 in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms, green onions, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil).
Spoon mushroom mixture into medium bowl.
Serve warm or refrigerate to serve cold later.
