Boozy banana soufflé
Ingredients:

50g/2oz minimal-bodyweight spread
1 teaspoon synthetic sweetener granules
2 eggs, divided
150ml/5fl oz white rum
4 bananas
4 tablespoons very low-weight crème fraîche, to provide
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Fuel mark 5. Evenly grease a 20cm/8within soufflé dish with lower-bodyweight spread.
Then, purée the reduced-pounds spread, sweetener, egg yolks, rum and bananas inside of a blender or food items processor. Whisk the egg whites till rigid, and fold into the mix with a metallic spoon.
Finally, transform into the created dish, and bake inside the oven for over 35 minutes until finally risen, golden and merely established. Provide scorching with the crème fraîche. scorching desserts & puddings.
