Betty White's Chicken Wings Pacifica Recipe
Ingredients:
chicken, broilers or fryers, wing, meat and skin, raw
butter, without salt
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
sugars, brown
water, bottled, generic
mustard, prepared, yellow
Directions:
Arrange wings in shallow baking pan.
Heat butter, soy sauce, sugar, water and mustard till butter and sugar heat.
Cold; pour over wings and marinate at least 2 hrs, turning once or possibly twice.
Bake in same pan at 375: for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hrs, turning occasionally.
Drain on paper towels.
