Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
orange juice, raw
seeds, flaxseed
beverages, protein powder whey based

Directions:
Place flax seeds in blender and mix until they are finely ground.
Add skim milk, coconut milk, protein powder, and orange juice.
Blend.
