Hot Chipped Beef Dip
Ingredients:
cheese, parmesan, hard
cream, sour, cultured
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
horseradish, prepared
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
fresh red onions,
celery, raw
dill weed, fresh
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
In a medium bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Beat in sour cream, milk and horseradish until combined.
Stir in dried beef, onion, celery and dillweed.
Transfer mixture to a seasoned or greased 8-9 inch cast iron skillet.
Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
If desired, serve with dill pickle slices, ritz crackers, rye crackers or potato chips.
