Easy Microwaved Strawberry Sauce
Ingredients:
strawberries, raw
sugars, granulated
lemon juice, raw
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and cook for 1 1/2 minutes in a 500 W microwave.
Remove the plastic wrap and mix well.
Microwave once more for 1 1/2 minutes without plastic wrap.
Transfer to a sterilized container and refrigerate.
If you are using fresh strawberries in Step 1, cut into 1cm cubes.
