Garlic Scape Pesto
Ingredients:
spices, garlic powder
cheese, parmesan, hard
nuts, walnuts, english
oil, olive, salad or cooking
Directions:
Remove curly yellow end at the top of the scape.
Put garlic scape, cheese, and nuts in a large food processor.
Slowly add the olive oil until all ingredients are well pureed.
I put this in 1/2 pint canning jars for storing in the refrigerator or you can use a plastic container.
This made 4 of the 1/2 pint jars.
Use this on pasta or as a rub on chicken or fish.
Amazing!
