Ingredients:
225g/8oz uncooked prawns, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
50g/2oz butter
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
450g/1lb canned plum tomatoes, weary and chopped
125ml/4fl oz dry white wine
450g/1lb complete sea bass, gutted and washed
225g/8oz cod fillets
1â„8 teaspoon saffron threads, overwhelmed
450g/1lb clean egg pasta, slice into taglierini (high-quality noodles)

Directions:
